AICEP and AIMMAP visited TSF – Precision Metalworking

On July 24, TSF received the visit of the President of AICEP (The Portuguese Business Development Agency), Luís Castro Henriques, and a delegation from AIMMAP, led by the President, Aníbal Campos.

The TSF’s administrators Pedro Sousa and Fernando Moreira, made a presentation of the company and its path through the years, highlighting the importance of the involvement in innovation and internationalization projects provided by QREN and more recently by Portugal 2020.

The delegation had the opportunity to visit TSF’s facilities, recently expanded in the industrial area of Ribeirão and check the operation of the top equipment’s and technologies. Recently TSF acquired 5-axis machining equipment for larger parts, on an investment of € 1.3 M partially financed by the programme Portugal 2020.

The President of AICEP was generally satisfied with the progress made by the company and showed commitment to continue collaborating institutionally in the development of strategic partnerships to promote the internationalization of this and other industrial-based companies.
